Gullane Golf Club are accredited and adhere to policies through the  Scottish Golf SafeGolf scheme to ensure the safety and enjoyment of Junior golfers playing our courses as Visitors or Competitors in external events. The following content sets out the requirements for any Junior event that is held over our 3 Courses & facilities.

Junior Open Events

GGC hold 2 Junior Opens over Course 2 and Course 3 each year. All entrants under the age of 18 must complete and return Safeguarding documentation prior to play. The required forms for completion can be found HERE.

External Events held at Gullane Golf Club

Any external event organiser/ booking where Junior Golfers, (under the age of 18 years old), are to play, compete or receive coaching over Courses No.1,  No 2 or No.3 or practice facilities must comply and provide evidence of Policies and Practices that replicate the above documents, and additional Parental, Parent/Carer, Junior Consent, Coaches and Volunteers Consents, Activators Accreditation as set out in the Scottish Golf SafeGolf scheme.
